PPG Industries in Cardito, Campania, Italy, seeks an Engineering Manager for Energy Management & Process Safety to lead all engineering projects at the Caivano Plant, optimize chemical processes, and drive safety culture.

The role combines CAPEX execution, asset reliability, ISO 50001 stewardship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve energy efficiency and plant performance.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent).
• 4–5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance and project management in manufacturing or process industry.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management, including PHA/HAZOP and MOC.
• Experience with ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems.
• Experience managing CAPEX projects and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
