Job summary

Nadara is seeking an Energy Business Development Specialist in Trezzano sul Naviglio to identify and develop opportunities across evolving energy markets and regulatory frameworks. You will bridge Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Regulatory Affairs to translate insights into new products, services, and commercial initiatives.

The role focuses on customer engagement, partnerships, and market analysis, with opportunities to coordinate projects and teams in a fast-growing energy

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse energy market developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities arising from market and regulatory evolution.
• Support the development of innovative products, services, and commercial offerings.
• Contribute to business case preparation, market assessments, and investment evaluations.
• Engage with customers, partners, technology providers, institutions, and industry stakeholders.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact between Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Regulatory Affairs functions.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, conferences, and industry working groups.
• Support the growth of business initiatives related to energy flexibility, BESS, electrification, demand response, and other opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic analyses to support business growth.
• Depending on experience, possibility to coordinate and manage projects and people.
