Trinseo is seeking a Logistics Service Representative in Rho, Italy, to ensure end-to-end operations across inbound, outbound, warehousing, and documentation for raw materials, finished goods, and hazardous substances. The role involves planning shipments, managing import/export activities, and maintaining regulatory compliance to support service performance.

Key responsibilities include yard and transport coordination, goods receipt, outbound shipments, inventory control, and external partner

Competenze

• 3-5+ years in logistics/warehouse operations, preferably in chemical/manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of HSE, ADR/IMDG/IATA basics, Incoterms and waste regulations.
• Proficient in English; local language would help.

Mansioni

• Coordinate yard, gate and transport operations to ensure on-time logistics.
• Manage inbound/outbound warehousing, documentation, and compliance.
• Handle import/export documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs like OTIF, inventory accuracy and cycle times.
• Coordinate with external partners and carriers; handle inquiries and disputes.
• Lead SOX/HSE controls and maintain accurate master data and reports.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.
