Société Générale Assurances recherche un jeune diplômé pour rejoindre l’équipe Marketing en Lombardie. Vous contribuerez au développement produit, réaliserez des analyses de marché, et soutenirerez le Marketing Manager et le Product Specialist dans l’élaboration du concept produit.

Vous gérerez le contenu du site web, étudiez le parcours client, participerez aux enquêtes de satisfaction et promouvrez les actions CSR.

Competenze

• Profil diplômé en marketing ou domaine connexe attendu (nouveau diplômé).
• Bonne connaissance des bases du marketing et de l’analyse des données.

Mansioni

• Contribuer au développement produit et à la veille marché pour les produits d’assurance.
• Soutenir le Marketing Manager et le Product Specialist dans le développement du concept produit.
• Rédiger des présentations et documents supports.
• Gérer le contenu du site web et surveiller les avis en ligne.
• Analyser le parcours client et contribuer au questionnaire de satisfaction.

Vos missions au quotidien

Contribute to carry out the product development activity, both for the new product and the restyled one:

• develop continuous market benchmarks for insurance products
• carry out market studies and monitor market trends
• support the Marketing Manager and the Product Specialist in developing the product concept
• draft power point presentations or other documentation in support of the Marketing manager and the Product specialist

Contribute to ensure the customer satisfaction:

• analyse the customer journey to identify pain points and areas of improvement
• collaborate to the customer satisfcation survey, participating in the analysis of t he results and in the definition of improvement actions

Contribute to manage the online presence of the Company:

• manage the updating of website’s contents and documents
• monitor and manage the online reviews and comments
• monitor the online aprroach of the competitor

Contribute to the application of Oversight Governance (POG) discipline:

• collaborate to identify, test and monitor the target market and its evolution

Contribute to develop the Company’s CSR activity:

• promote the CSR culture among the staff and the achievement of CSR goals

We are looking for a new graduate who will work directly with the Marketing Manager and has the following profile:

• open mind approach and curious
• good communication and analytical skills
• aptitude to teamworking and good interpersonal skills
• able to work in autonomy under the supervision of the Marketing manager
• knowledge of marketing bases
• Interested in the digital innovation culture
• interest in customer satisfaction
• good English language is required
• knowledge of the Italian language is a strong advantage
• knowledge of MS office application and WordPress
