Societe Generale SA en Lombardie recherche un jeune diplômé pour rejoindre l'équipe Marketing et soutenir le développement produit, les études de marché et l'amélioration de l'expérience client. Vous travaillerez sous la supervision du Marketing Manager et du Product Specialist et contribuerez à la présence digitale via WordPress.

Ce VIE offre une immersion rapide et des perspectives d'évolution en France et à l'étranger, avec un esprit d'équipe et une culture de l'innovation.

Competenze

• Diplôme universitaire en marketing/communication ou équivalent recherché.
• Bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.
• Intérêt pour la culture de l'innovation et la satisfaction client.

Mansioni

• Contribuer au développement produit et à sa refonte, réaliser des benchmarks du marché et des études concurrentielles.
• Soutenir le Marketing Manager et le Product Specialist dans l'élaboration du concept produit et des supports (présentations PowerPoint, documents).
• Analyser le parcours client pour identifier les points de douleur et proposer des actions d'amélioration.
• Contribuer à la garde de l'image en ligne de l'entreprise: mise à jour du contenu du site et gestion des avis en ligne.
• Participer à l'étude de satisfaction client et à l'analyse des résultats pour définir des actions d'amélioration.
• Participer à l'application de la gouvernance POG et au développement CSR de l'entreprise.
