Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. is seeking an Application Engineer to design charging infrastructure for eMobility, collaborating with customers and internal teams from early engagement through tendering and project execution.

You will shape technical concepts, refine solutions for grid connection, power electronics, and energy management, and support sales and project delivery across Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in application and power-systems engineering.
• Solid understanding of AC/DC distribution, power conversion, transformers and grid-connection principles.

Mansioni

• Engage with customers early to understand operations, charging needs, site constraints and grid requirements.
• Develop high‑level technical concepts for charging infrastructure and translate into feasible architectures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to refine concepts for tendering and project execution.
• Prepare technical proposals, diagrams, and customer‑facing materials.
• Support post‑award refinement to preserve design intent and identify optimization opportunities.
