Campari Group is seeking a seasoned EMEA Buyer for Wine & Other Raw Ingredients located in Italy. You will shape regional sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage SRM while coordinating with global procurement and cross-functional teams to safeguard profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement within consumer goods, a Master’s in business/engineering, and fluency in English. International exposure and AI interest are considered assets.

Formación

• 3–5 years of proven procurement experience in multinational consumer goods.
• Experience with cross-country sourcing and supplier management is preferred.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Management Engineering.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach and risk awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional sourcing strategy for wine and other ingredients at EMEA level.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract strategy at regional level.
• Segment suppliers and develop SRM according to relationship tiers.
• Drive supplier lifecycle management, qualification, auditing and risk management.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement and cross-functional teams to protect profitability.
