Job summary

Campari Group, a global premium spirits company, seeks a Regional Buyer for Wine and Other Ingredients to drive category strategy across EMEA. You will collaborate with Global Procurement to define sourcing needs, run regional negotiations, and manage supplier performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement within consumer goods, MBA or Management Engineering, and fluent English. International exposure and strong analytics are a plus, with a focus on AI-aware procurement processes.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in procurement within multinational consumer goods.
International experience is a plus.
Cross-cultural work experience in a matrix organization.
MBA or Management Engineering degree.
Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages a plus.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach with curiosity for AI.

Responsibilities

Develop the Wine and Other Ingredients regional category sourcing strategy for EMEA.
Lead regional negotiations of frame/global contracts.
Own SRM strategy and supplier lifecycle management.
Collaborate with internal functions to define sourcing needs and criteria.
Identify spend optimization opportunities and risk mitigation.
