Job summary

Campari Group seeks a Global Procurement Packaging Analyst intern to support the Other Packaging category through data-driven improvements and automation initiatives. You will analyze procurement processes, collaborate with regional and global teams, and help transform data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes digitalization, smarter tooling, and hands-on exposure to supplier comparisons and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous internship or short experience (up to 1-2 years) preferred.
• Fluency of English is a must, knowledge of another languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret and communicate data clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Support review and improvement of Other Packaging procurement processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation.
• Support in performing data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities, providing insights to Packaging Buyers.
• Challenge manual ways of working and participate in digitalization and process efficiency projects, testing smarter tools and practical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Planning, Finance, Quality, Innovation) to gather and validate data.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for global and regional meetings, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support sourcing activities, category analyses, supplier comparisons and the preparation of decision-oriented presentations and negotiation materials for global and regional stakeholders.
• Provide practical day-to-day support to the Other Packaging Procurement team, gaining hands-on procurement experience.
• Explore and apply AI-enabled tools to support data analysis, market research, reporting and the automation of repetitive procurement activities, while critically validating outputs and data accuracy
