Job summary

GRID eSports GmbH is seeking a dedicated Support Operator to join our global team, focusing on GRID's Odds products and trading-related services. You will engage sportsbook customers, investigate inquiries, and work with internal teams to resolve issues, delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will build knowledge of esports, betting markets, and GRID products, contributing to the knowledge base and assisting with product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for sportsbook customers regarding GRID's Odds products and services.
• Respond to queries and alerts, ensuring timely acknowledgment and investigation.
• Assist customers with fixture coverage, market availability, settlement, and product behavior questions.
• Gather information to determine issue nature and impact; escalate when needed.
• Log and track operational, product, and service issues; contribute to knowledge base.
