Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy, seeks a Controls Deployment Leader to drive the deployment and standardization of control systems for Thermal Management across EMEA. You will lead PLC programming, panel configs, and integration with BMS/DCIM, collaborating with engineering, commissioning and field teams on critical data center projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Engineering and 7+ years in HVAC controls or data center cooling, with hands-on PLC and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in HVAC controls, data center cooling, or critical infra.
• Hands-on PLCs, industrial control systems, and BACnet/Modbus/TCP-IP experience.
• Experience deploying thermal systems in data centers or critical environments.
• Knowledge of chilled water, DX cooling, and airflow management.

Mansioni

• Lead deployment of control systems across Vertiv Thermal Management solutions.
• Execute standardized control architectures, sequences, and alarm strategies.
• Oversee PLC programming, panel configuration, and network integration.
• Lead commissioning activities (FAT/SAT) and on-site handover to customers.
• Collaborate with Thermal Engineering, Project Management, and Field Service.
