Deel is seeking a senior tax professional to lead UK and EMEA tax compliance and reporting. You will work across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely filings and alignment with global tax policy while supporting expansion and cross-border operations.

The role requires 6+ years in UK/EMEA corporate tax, strong VAT and IFRS IAS 12 knowledge, and the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders.

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive experience in UK/EMEA corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax and VAT; IFRS IAS 12 familiarity.
• Ability to communicate tax concepts clearly to non-tax stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage UK and EMEA tax compliance and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Oversee direct and indirect taxes including UK corp tax, PAYE, VAT, and levies.
• Coordinate preparation of local returns, statutory accounts, and tax calculations.
• Support income tax provision process for UK/EMEA entities under IFRS IAS 12.
• Act as a point of contact for EMEA tax audits and inquiries with authorities.
• Monitor changes in UK/EMEA tax legislation and advise on risks.
• Support transfer pricing and intercompany matters across EMEA.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, People, and Operations to provide tax guidance.
• Help standardize tax processes, controls, and documentation across EMEA.
