Particle Measuring Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join the EMEA Finance Team and support statutory compliance, tax, transfer pricing, and internal control activities across the region.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in technical accounting, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement and regulatory requirements. This permanent role offers a competitive €50,000–€60,000 gross salary and a benefits package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting, tax, or compliance experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Technical Accounting and local tax legislation.
• Experience with corporate income tax, VAT, and statutory reporting according to IAS principles.
• Knowledge of internal control frameworks is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft tools (Excell, etc.)

Mansioni

• Prepare Trial Balance and other documents and details, collaborating with the Accounting Team and in accordance with local regulations, required for the financial statements, corporate income tax returns, transfer pricing documentation preparation by the advisors and auditors.
• Ensure timely filing of local statutory reports and declarations.
• Manage compliance with direct and indirect tax obligations, including but not limited to: VAT, Withholding taxes, Intrastat declarations, other fiscal declarations according to each local requirement.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with fiscal and statutory requirements in coordination with Group Finance and local consultants.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with Group accounting standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist in automation and standardization efforts.
• Support ad hoc financial and compliance projects as required.
