Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a SIOP Specialist – EMEA, Fluid Conveyance to strengthen regional Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning capabilities. You will connect demand, supply and capacity planning across EMEA and work with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales & Marketing and Product Management.

You will report to the Global SIOP Manager and the location is flexible within continental Europe, with Italy as the preferred location.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field plus 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations or data analytics.
Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
Experience with MRP, production planning and international manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Manage demand and capacity outlook for EMEA, consolidating plant supply plans into regional/global views.
Drive cross-functional alignment between Materials, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Product Management and Operations.
Ensure alignment between SIOP and MRP forecasts, Master Schedules and replenishment strategies.
Support strategic initiatives including value stream mapping and SAP IBP implementation.
Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and help shape global SIOP strategy.
