Eaton Corporation in Palermo, Sicily, seeks a Commercial Demand Planning Manager to support and improve the SIOP process across EMEA, translating market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions.

You will collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity, prepare standard reports and dashboards, and ensure timely SIOP actions with governance adherence.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a complex, international or matrixed organization.
• Ability to translate market trends into actionable planning inputs and governance.

Mansioni

• Collect, validate and analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data
• Prepare standard reports, dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews
• Ensure timely completion of SIOP actions and governance adherence
• Improve country forecast maturity and consistency of market assumptions across EMEA
• Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance to align planning inputs
• Support 12- to 24-month demand outlooks and scenario planning
