Eaton Corporation in Cagliari, Sardegna, Italy, is seeking a Commercial Demand Planning Manager to drive and mature SIOP processes across the EMEA region. You will translate market trends into aligned demand and supply inputs, leading cross-functional collaboration with country leadership to improve forecast maturity and governance adherence.

The role is hands-on with measurable impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.

Competenze

8+ years of experience in a complex, international or matrixed organization.
Experience with SIOP processes in cross-functional teams.
Ability to translate market trends into demand and supply inputs.

Mansioni

Support and improve SIOP process and cadence across EMEA.
Collect, validate and analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data.
Prepare standard reports, dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews.
Ensure timely completion of SIOP actions and governance adherence.
Improve country forecast maturity and consistency of market assumptions across EMEA.
Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance to align planning inputs.
Support 12- to 24-month demand outlooks and scenario planning.
