We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Managerto spearhead direct and agency-based sales, with a focus on the UK and German markets. This is a unique chance to work in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment and build relationships with some of the biggest global brands in fintech.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and nurture partnerships with global brands & agencies
  • Identify and close new business in fintech (brokerage platforms, e-banks, crypto exchanges)
  • Lead clients through planning, launching & optimizing ad campaigns
  • Partner with SDRs to grow a strong sales pipeline
  • Ensure flawless execution with ad-ops and campaign teams
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience selling digital ad space (ideally in finance/fintech)
  • Strong background in media buying, campaign management & digital ad models (CPA, CPM etc.)
  • Knowledge of financial markets and fintech advertising platforms
  • Ability to thrive in multicultural, international environments
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Google Analytics & Google Ad Manager
