Job summary

Anaergia in Treviglio, Italy, is seeking a Project Planner to support the Project Execution team across the EMEA region. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely milestones and deliverables, coordinating with regional Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include identifying risks, tracking progress, preparing progress reports, updating timelines, and driving continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, PM, Business Admin or related field from an Italian/European university.
• Certifications in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Coordinate scheduling activities with regional Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, anticipate obstacles, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Prepare progress reports and update project timelines to current status.
• Create and update project trackers to provide clear visibility of deliverables.
• Assist in resource allocation to support effective project execution.
• Communicate schedule impacts and changes clearly to keep projects on track.
• Drive continuous improvement in project planning processes.
