Anaergia, based in Treviglio, Italy, is seeking a Project Planner to support the Project Execution team in the EMEA region. You will develop and monitor schedules to meet milestones across the project lifecycle and collaborate with regional managers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, fluency in Italian and English, and experience with MS Project or Primavera, plus a degree in engineering or a related field.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in project scheduling or management, preferably in engineering/construction in Italy.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and strong communication in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate scheduling with regional Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, anticipate obstacles, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Prepare progress reports and update project timelines to reflect current status.
• Create and update project trackers for visibility of deliverables and deadlines.
• Assist in resource allocation to support project execution.
• Communicate schedule impacts clearly to the team and stakeholders.
