Job summary

AIRS Medical seeks a motivated student or early-career professional to join our Europe, Middle East and Africa market intelligence team as a 6-month internship in Germany. You will conduct market mapping, analyze healthcare providers, and support commercial planning.

This role offers direct exposure to EMEA leadership, independent research, and hands-on experience at the intersection of healthcare, AI and medical technology within an international team across Europe and Korea.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn fragmented information into clear commercial insights.
• Comfort researching companies, healthcare systems, public procurement and market structures.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and confidence working with structured datasets.
• Excellent written and spoken English along with Italian/French.
• High attention to detail and the ability to distinguish facts from assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Market mapping and white-space analysis: Build and maintain market maps for priority EMEA countries, covering hospitals, imaging centers and healthcare groups.
• Market mapping and white-space analysis: Map current AIRS customers, opportunities and partner coverage to identify white spaces and priority targets.
• Market mapping and white-space analysis: Validate and refine the maps with country business development (BD) teams.
