Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – EMEA Regional Leader to anchor Pillar 1 in Business Transformation across 10 plants. You will lead high-impact DMAIC projects, drive cost, quality, delivery, and capacity improvements, and build a pipeline of LSS-certified talent.

You will champion advanced analytics, develop regional roadmaps, and mentor Belt candidates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain optimization across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical discipline.
• LSS Black Belt certification with completed, financially validated projects.
• 7+ years in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Transformation in manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years Black Belt project delivery with $500K+ annualized savings per project.
• 3+ years multi-site or regional scope driving improvements across distributed operations.
• Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab, JMP, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel) and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and charter high-impact transformation projects with end-to-end DMAIC delivery and full accountability for scope, timeline, and financial outcomes.
• Lead systemic process redesign to eliminate waste and bottlenecks across value streams.
• Apply DMAIC with SIPOC, VOC/CTQ, baseline capability, MSA, root-cause tools, and robust control plans.
• Manage concurrent projects across multiple EMEA sites, prioritizing resources for maximum business impact.
• Apply DOE, regression, SPC, ANOVA, and hypothesis testing to validate solutions with data-driven evidence.
• Build and maintain dashboards for key processes across all EMEA plants to monitor process drift.
• Collaborate with Digitization & AI and Lean/CI leaders to enable integrated transformation across sites.
