Job summary

Leading Hotels of the World in Milan seeks a Senior Manager, Hotel Commercial Marketing to act as strategic marketing advisor for an assigned portfolio of EMEA member hotels, driving growth through informed guidance and participation in LHW's marketing programs.

The role partners with Sales, Revenue Management, Member Experience and Marketing; leads a small team and provides day-to-day coaching for the Manager, Hotel Commercial Marketing (EMEA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, digital marketing, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience developing strategic marketing recommendations that drive commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing advisor for an assigned portfolio of EMEA member hotels.
• Lead marketing planning, business reviews, onboarding, and ongoing marketing consultation.
• Advise hotels on marketing strategy, digital marketing best practices, customer engagement, and opportunities.
• Analyze marketing performance, campaigns, media value, digital insights, and commercial outcomes.
