Emerson is seeking a Field Marketing Engineer in Milan, Italy, to blend technical marketing with regional execution, driving awareness, demand, and pipeline in the EMEA region.

The role localizes campaigns for Italian engineering audiences, supports demos and events, and coordinates with Global Marketing to adapt content for regional programs while ensuring brand consistency in the local language.

Mansioni

• Contribute to regional marketing strategy through in-market insights and technical execution perspectives.
• Execute the regional marketing plan in close partnership with Sales, localizing and delivering campaigns, content, and programs tailored to Italian market needs, including technical relevance for engineering audiences.
• Support execution of demos, presentations, and technical marketing activities at regional events and customer engagements.
• Serve as event "captain" by driving audience engagement, event messaging, sales activation, and event content (presentations, demos, meetings) in partnership with the Event Marketing team.
• Collaborate with Global Technical Marketing teams, including Product Marketing and Industry Marketing, to adapt content and demo assets for regional execution.
• Provide ongoing insight on customer behavior, competitive activity, and campaign performance.
• Support sales enablement through localized tools, content, and training aligned with the marketing plan.
• Ensure consistent delivery of the brand and messaging in local language and context.
• Foster close collaboration and alignment between Sales and Marketing in the region.
• Share feedback and best practices to inform future planning and improve marketing effectiveness.
