Pentax Medical in Ferrara, Italy seeks an International Event Manager to lead planning and execution of EMEA events, congresses and webinars. You will work with Marketing, Product and Global MarCom to ensure brand consistency and KPI-driven results across regional and local teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Min 5 years proven international events management experience in healthcare tech or related industries.

Mansioni

• Organize, plan and execute international events in the EMEA region, congresses and trade fairs (onsite and online).
• Develop EMEA-wide event concepts aligned with Global campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event activities and communications.
• Ensure delivery of event-related activities from planning to post-event evaluation.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, venues, and service providers.
• Analyze event effectiveness against KPIs and budgets; drive lead collection and follow-up.
