Blackedge Consulting in Milan seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead Data Centre and Mission Critical projects in Italy. You will coordinate MEP teams, manage clients, and oversee cross-functional design and construction activities across the live build.

The role requires robust site leadership, global project exposure, and a track record of delivering complex technical facilities on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Based in Italy with the right to work without sponsorship.
• Experience delivering multiple Data Centre projects across live construction phases.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsabilités

• Lead Data Centre and Mission Critical projects from construction through handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary MEP, CSA, design and construction teams.
• Manage General Contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Drive programmes, milestones and delivery schedules.
• Monitor cost, quality, risk and overall project performance.
• Oversee site progress and resolve programme or technical issues.
• Support procurement, tendering and contractor appointments.
• Manage client, contractor and stakeholder relationships.
• Report on variations, changes and project status.
• Ensure safe, compliant delivery to technical and quality standards.
