Rotork plc is hiring a D365 Project Manager to lead the deployment of the D365 FinOps & CE solution across factories in Sweden, Benelux, Norway, France and Italy. This role includes managing a team of superusers, ensuring the program is delivered on time and achieving business benefits.

The position offers a hybrid work scheme, with three days on-site and two remote each week, and requires strong leadership and communication skills. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in delivering D365 implementations in a manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• At least 5 years’ experience in delivering D365 FinOps / CE deployments in manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site program leadership.
• Ability to work within a global matrix organization.

Mansioni

• Manage the overall deployment program plan for EMEA Wave 2.
• Provide leadership and motivate team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of the deployment plan.
