Cisco’s CloudARC team seeks an EMEA Cloud Compliance Leader to own go-to-market compliance for Cisco Cloud offerings across EMEA and drive achievement of ISO, ENS, C5, ACN QC, DORA and NIS2. This role leads the EMEA product compliance roadmap in collaboration with CloudARC leadership, Product Management and Market Access.

The ideal candidate will guide internal and external stakeholders, build scalable compliance capabilities, and ensure readiness for certifications while addressing evolving AI

Competenze

• 6+ years of security/compliance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, CS, or related field.
• Experience engaging with regulators and industry groups.
• Hands-on cloud platform experience (AWS).
• Proven track record leading regulatory assessments (ISO 27001, C5, ENS, ACN QC).
• Strong IT security process knowledge and impact on compliance including AI/ML.

Mansioni

• Lead compliance and regulatory frameworks for Cisco's EMEA portfolio.
• Collaborate with compliance engineers to develop control strategies and certification readiness.
• Partner with BUs to support adoption of Common Cloud Controls and EMEA frameworks.
• Serve as SME for security compliance frameworks and data compliance for product and sales teams.
• Conduct information security assessments over a portfolio and report results and remediation.
• Work with CloudARC, PM and Market Access to maintain the Product Compliance roadmap for EMEA.
• Lead initiatives related to data privacy, security, and cloud compliance.
