Job summary

ARaymond Italiana, the Italian arm of the ARaymond Network, seeks a dynamic business development professional to expand fastening and assembly solutions in the EMEA region. You will drive market research, client visits, and tailored proposals that showcase our value proposition.

Ideal candidates have a business or technical degree, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to travel 2–3 days per week. Italian is the native language and English at B1 level or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Business or technical degree required, with direct customer contact experience.
• Strong ability to identify market opportunities and present value propositions.
• Fluent in Italian with working English; willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and customer visits.
• Qualify leads to align with the ideal customer profile.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals articulating value.
• Develop relationships with new clients, partners and the EMEA Sales team.
• Manage RFIs and RFQs processes.
• Participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.
• Use CRM to track leads, manage interactions, and report on activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality and network teams.
• Support offer preparation with Sales and Finance, and prepare weekly pipeline reports.
