Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Administration or Business Management with excellent results.
• Fluent English; any additional EMEA languages are a plus.
• At least 1 year of accounting or auditing experience in complex organizations.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Team collaboration is essential to succeed in a shared service environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle month-end closing activities (accruals, prepayments, inventory, payroll).
• Serve as main contact for communication with subsidiaries.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and postings.
• Process vendor invoices and payments; post customer payments and credit memos.
• Assist in preparing audit documentation and ensuring compliance with policies.
