Micron Technology, Inc. in Napoli/Arzano is seeking a System Architect to define next-gen MNAND architecture for Android/Linux platforms. You will model system HW/SW, run characterizations, and support AI-enabled development for eMMC/UFS storage.

Strong Bash, Python, C skills and Android basics are required; familiarity with autonomous vehicle simulators is a plus. Ideal candidates hold a degree in CS/EE and are near graduation or recent graduates.

Mansioni

• Run characterizations on Android platforms (phones and development boards).
• Develop and run mNAND architecture models and tradeoff analyses.
• Enable and modify system platforms for mobile and automotive boards.
• Run benchmarks and analyze outputs for performance.
• Design automated kernel logging (dmesg, kmsg, ftrace).
• Investigate kernel drivers and impact of new features.
• Build Linux kernel to enable/disable MNAND features.
