Job summary

Zehus S.p.A. is seeking a Software Application Engineer to join its R&D team in Como, Italy. The role focuses on developing high-level software for Zehus technologies, including embedded control algorithms for electric bikes and related systems.

The candidate will use MATLAB and Simulink, contribute to requirements and test planning, and analyze testing data to prepare reports. A strong background in automation, electronics, or computer engineering is required along with hands-on embedded

Qualifications

Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
2+ years of embedded software development experience.
Proficient in C programming.
Experience with Model-Based Design and automatic code generation.
Knowledge of CAN bus protocol and CANalyzer for data collection/analysis.
Familiar with Git for version control.

Responsibilities

Develop control algorithms and operating logic for Zehus products using Matlab and Simulink.
Contribute to the collection and definition of product requirements.
Contribute to the definition of product verification and validation tests.
Analyze data collected during testing and prepare related reports.
