Job summary

Euronext is seeking a recent graduate in Economics/Finance/Management to join its ELITE team in Milan. You will qualify leads, perform market research, and assist in preparing sales materials for client meetings and events.

Strong analytical skills, fluency in Italian and English, and experience with Excel and PowerPoint are preferred. The role offers growth in a dynamic, international financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Management or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities; fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and research inbound leads through events, marketing campaigns and BD initiatives.
• Map markets, identify key decision-makers, and translate intelligence into outbound activity.
• Prepare sales materials, pitches, and presentations for client meetings and events.
• Maintain CRM data, monitor pipelines, and support performance reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate a compelling value proposition and drive cross-selling.

Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and translate market intelligence into targeted outbound sales activities and commercial initiatives.· Sales Presentation: Support the preparation of sales presentations, pitch decks, and commercial materials for client meetings, promotional events, and senior stakeholder engagements.· Reporting and Analytics: Maintain and enrich CRM databases, monitor sales pipelines, and contribute to business performance reporting and analytics.· Integrated and comprehensive value proposition : interact with internal stakeholders to ensure that the value proposition of your product/service is comprehensive to notably generate cross-selling opportunities.· Product & market development across Europe: build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various products.
