Leonardo SpA cerca un HSE Specialist per l’ufficio di Vergiate (VA). Il ruolo prevede di garantire la conformità a normative HSE, gestire i sistemi di gestione e predisporre procedure e DVR, oltre a condurre analisi su incidenti e near miss.

Si richiede laurea in ambito Sicurezza/Ambiente o Chimica e 1–3 anni di esperienza, conoscenza di SAP e MS Office, nonché una buona padronanza dell’inglese (B1/B2). Il lavoro è ibrido, con possibili trasferte nazionali e formazione continua.

• Assicura la conformità normativa HSE presso l’unità di Vergiate.
• Gestisce i processi HSE relativi ai sistemi di gestione.
• Predispone procedure operative e DVR e aggiorna documenti HSE.
• Conduce indagini su incidenti e near misses e coordina azioni preventive.
• Collabora con enti esterni (ASL, ARPA, Provincia) per audit e reporting.
