Job summary

Leonardo SpA in Cascina Costa, Samarate (VA) seeks a new graduate Fatigue Analyst Engineer to ensure Fatigue & Damage Tolerance compliance across aircraft structures and IT product lines. Hybrid work model, permanent contract, and strong emphasis on safety, inclusion and professional growth.

You will join the Fatigue Office, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to both Civil and Military platforms, with training and development opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
• Knowledge of Fatigue and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) analysis.
• Knowledge of aircraft structures, with experience in metallic and/or composite materials.
• Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and fatigue design criteria.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Fatigue & Damage Tolerance requirements per design criteria and airworthiness regulations.
• Perform F&DT analyses on metallic and composite structures.
• Collaborate with IT Fatigue Office and UK Fatigue Office on fatigue activities across Civil and Military platforms.
• Support multidisciplinary team with fatigue-related tasks and continuous improvement.
