Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. is looking for an Addetto/a Qualità to join the Tessera (VE) office on a permanent basis. The role focuses on inspection of incoming goods, supplier verifications, and the implementation of containment actions through the Leonardo Supplier Portal.

Collaboration with the supplier quality team is required. You will work on a shift, bring proactive problem-solving, and contribute to continuous quality improvements in a multinational aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in quality control.
• Good knowledge of English (B1/B2).
• Ability to work in a team and on shift.
• SAP knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Quality check incoming goods against defined standards using the sampling plan.
• Perform supplier verifications to ensure compliance with contract specs.
• Develop preventive actions based on supplier quality performance and material criticality.
• Coordinate containment actions via Leonardo Supplier Portal and support supplier improvement plans.
