Nestlé Purina is seeking an Electricity & Automation (E&A) and Digital Manager to lead the site's E&A and digital functions, ensuring safe, reliable operation of production assets and developing a high-performing technical team.

You will define and execute the E&A and digital strategy, drive automation initiatives, and deliver capital investments in line with Nestlé standards and local regulations.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of experience in Electrical, Automation or Industrial Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership of technical teams, contractors and external partners.
• Experience delivering capital investment projects from design through commissioning.
• Experience driving automation, digitalization or operational excellence initiatives.
• Exposure to TPM, maintenance, asset reliability and continuous improvement methodologies.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the E&A and Digital team.
• Define priorities and development plans aligned with project engineering goals.
• Build capability in automation, electrical systems, digital manufacturing and OT/IT integration.
• Drive factory automation and digitalization initiatives to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Deliver capital investment projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
