Nestlé Purina Portogruaro Plant is seeking an E&A Project Leader to ensure MES‑E&A management and operations, and to support CAPEX projects, while aligning with safety, quality and environmental standards.

You will build engineering capability, guide capital investments, and manage assets to uphold product quality and plant performance, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

Competenze

• Minimum 3/5 years Automation and/or MES engineer with Electrical experience.
• Experience supervising technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties.
• Participation in engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team (Electrical and Automation).

Mansioni

• Build Engineering capability by ensuring competency of MES‑E&A personnel.
• Excel in industrialisation by guiding CAPEX projects on time and budget.
• Manage existing assets focusing on safety and compliance.
• Define and adhere to standards for MES‑E&A installations and documentation.
• Pursue product and process mastery to improve quality, safety and efficiency.
