Metlen Energy & Metals, a leader in green energy, invites an Electrical Site Engineer to join the M Renewables team in Italy. You will handle initial site setup, provide technical guidance to the installation team, and ensure correct execution of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor.

The role requires a BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering (MSc an advantage), knowledge of solar power systems, 2–5 years in solar park construction, ability to interpret drawings, fluency in English and

Competenze

BSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering (MSc an advantage).
In-depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes/standards.
2–5 years of solar park construction experience is an advantage.
Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings.
Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

Initial site setup and establishment (supported by the HSE site manager).
Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team and other project members.
Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor.
Supervise subcontractors' schedule and works.
Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by the subcontractors.
Assist the team with the construction flow and timetable.
