Nadara is seeking an Electrical Reliability Engineer to safeguard and enhance the reliability, safety, and longevity of its electrical infrastructure across wind, PV, and BOP assets in Italy. You will lead design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize lifecycle costs and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of electrical engineering experience, proficiency in Italian and English, and travel to site inspections.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems.
• Experience managing electrical projects from concept to completion.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Travel willingness to sites for inspections and maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulations (Italian/EU).

• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and reliability guidelines.
• Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the fleet.
• Engage with DSOs, Terna, and ARERA to manage regulator relationships.
• Drive data-informed improvements and support digital tools for predictive maintenance.
