Nadara is hiring an Electrical Reliability Engineer in Milan to ensure the reliability, safety, and longevity of electrical infrastructure across its Italian fleet, including Balance of Plant, wind farms, and PV installations. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and drivers project success from inception through completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Professional Engineer license is desirable.

Mansioni

• Design and develop electrical systems across Nadara’s fleet, ensuring reliability and safety.
• Manage electrical projects from concept to completion with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to verify system performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations and Nadara standards.
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and reliability guidelines for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with suppliers and stakeholders.
