Job summary

TMC Sweden is seeking a Project Manager for electrical projects in Tuscany, Italy. You will oversee activities from planning through commissioning, manage budgets, define milestones, and coordinate electrical design and automation systems.

You will liaise with clients and suppliers, assess risks, ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements, and supervise documentation to meet regulatory standards in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: management of electrical projects from initial planning to implementation and commissioning of systems.
• Budget & Cost Control: project cost monitoring, budget management, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
• Planning & Scheduling: milestone definition, activity planning, and project progress monitoring.
• Technical Coordination: supervision of electrical design activities related to PCC, MCC, PLC/I-O panels, power distribution, and automation systems.
• Supplier and Procurement Management: supplier coordination, preparation of purchase technical specifications, offer evaluation, and supply verification.
• Technical Alignment: verification of compliance of proposed solutions with technical, economic, and contractual requirements.
• Risk Management: identification and management of project, technical, and organizational risks.
• Stakeholder Management: interface with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper progress of activities.
• Document Supervision: control of technical documentation and verification of compliance with project and regulatory standards.
