Un'azienda nel settore HVAC cerca un candidato per il design elettrico di pannelli per applicazioni nel mercato della refrigerazione. Il candidato lavorerà a stretto contatto con team interfunzionali per garantire che i prodotti siano conformi agli standard richiesti. Sarà responsabile della raccolta dei requisiti tecnici, dello sviluppo del design elettrico e del supporto alla fase di quotazione, oltre a garantire la risoluzione di eventuali problemi tecnici.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o equivalente.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Capacità di comunicazione e lavoro in squadra.
• Proattività e capacità di problem solving.

Mansioni

• Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti tecnici dei clienti.
• Sviluppare il design elettrico dei prodotti.
• Supportare il team commerciale durante la fase di quotazione.
• Collaborare con i dipartimenti interni per garantire un'esecuzione fluida del progetto.
• Seguire il prodotto durante le fasi di industrializzazione e produzione.
• Contribuire alla risoluzione di problemi tecnici.

Descrizione del lavoro

The selected candidate will join the team responsible for the electrical design of electric panels for applications in the HVAC and Refrigeration markets. The role involves contributing across the entire product lifecycle within a highly cross‑functional environment, with the aim of developing solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and analyzing customer technical requirements, contributing to the definition of project specifications;
• Developing the electrical design of products, ensuring alignment with the required technical, quality and application standards;
• Supporting the commercial team during the quotation phase by providing the technical input needed to define the offer;
• Collaborating with the internal departments involved in development and manufacturing, helping to ensure smooth project execution;
• Following the product through industrialization and production phases, monitoring progress through to final delivery;
• Contributing to the resolution of any technical issues arising during the process, working closely with the various stakeholders involved.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent educational background;
• Good english;
• Proactivity, comunication skills, teamworking;
• Knowledge of EPLAN is considered a plus;
