Ably Resources Ltd. seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, review, and oversee electrical systems for oil and gas facilities.

You will ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across design, construction, commissioning, and operations with a focus on asset integrity. You will validate SLDs, load lists, cable schedules, grounding, and layouts; coordinate with procurement and construction teams; and participate in FATs/SATs, troubleshooting, and lifecycle improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in electrical engineering for oil and gas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across design, testing, and operation.
• Excellent written and spoken English; effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Design, review, and oversee electrical systems for oil and gas facilities.
• Review and approve power distribution designs (LV, MV, HV) and equipment selections.
• Conduct electrical studies (load flow, short circuit, arc flash, protection coordination) and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with disciplines, procurement, and construction for design integration; support FATs and SATs.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and support asset lifecycle performance.
