The Member Company is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design electrical panels and plant layouts for industrial automation in Lucca, on-site. You will select drives, inverters, and high-power actuators, perform electrical calculations, and ensure compliance with Machinery Directive and EN 60204-1 standards.

Responsibilities include PCB design using Altium/KiCad/OrCAD, plus technical procurement and supplier evaluation. A strong background in EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD is essential.

Competenze

• Experience designing electrical panels (SLD/PCC/MCC/PLC/I-O) with EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD.
• Ability to size drives, inverters, and high-power actuators for automation systems.
• Knowledge of electrical protections, cables, and EN 60204-1 / ISO 13849-1 standards.
• Technical procurement: drafting specifications and comparing supplier offers.
• PCB design basics using Altium/KiCad/OrCAD and hardware verification.

• Design electrical panels (SLD, PCC, MCC, PLC/I-O) using EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD.
• Perform cable sizing, tray routing, and route planning in harsh environments.
