Job summary

A leading European contractor in Milan is looking for two Electrical Engineers for large-scale data centre projects. These site-based roles involve ensuring safe and high-quality delivery alongside subcontractors. Candidates should have a relevant electrical qualification and over 5 years of experience in M&E contracting. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential. The position offers a salary up to €80,000 plus benefits including accommodation, flights, and travel perks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within an M&E contracting environment.
• Experience on data centre or large-scale mission-critical projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and reviewing electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Supporting electrical design development and on-site installation activities.
• Managing subcontractor teams on technical matters.
• Ensuring compliance with project standards and safety requirements.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing document control and system handover documentation.
• Promoting strong housekeeping and safety behaviours across site.
