Job Description:

Nidec Conversion is hiring a Electrical Designer for Montebello Vicentino (VI).

Summary of Role: To design low voltage electrical systems and define the related equipment. Perform the design of automation hardware systems.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

• Perform technical evaluation of commercial offers, support proposal preparation, analyze contract specifications and motor and sensor lists, identifying critical issues.
• Design electrical equipment within the scope of supply.
• Define technical characteristics of components and equipment based on international and company standards; study existing or planned electricity grids.
• Define automation hardware and develop installation engineering at various levels of detail, ensuring deadlines are met in coordination with involved teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in electrical engineering or electronics.
• Proficiency in English as a second language.
• Ability to adhere to design, safety, quality, environmental, and procedural standards.
