A leading technology company in power solutions is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to develop designs for standard and special units in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent CAD skills, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering teams, creating product documentation, and resolving technical issues. This role also requires the ability to travel between the headquarters and a production facility. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• Technical Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• At least 3 years of previous working experience on similar activities, ideally in the HVAC sector.
• Excellent knowledge of Electrical CAD systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration principles are desirable but not essential.
• English – Intermediate level – Written and spoken.
• Attitude to work in a multinational and dynamic environment.
• Know-how of air conditioning/refrigeration products is a plus.
• Competences: result-oriented, team player, careful to details, flexible, well organized and pro-active.

Mansioni

• Develop electrical designs for standard and special units focusing on quality, cost, and environment.
• Work in a team on global products focusing on high performance.
• Create and review product documentation including drawings and specifications.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues for assigned products.
• Meet objectives of cost, quality, and time, achieving best results.
• Travel between Italian HQ and Slovakia as needed.
