Job summary
CNH Industrial is seeking an Electrical/Electronic Engineer to support the Electrical Leader and Chief Engineer in defining concepts and technical solutions for vehicle electrical systems. You will design wiring diagrams, 3D harness routing and harness drawings, and define component sourcing within the overall vehicle system.
The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical background and at least 5 years of experience in power and signal distribution, wiring
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power and signal distribution, wire harnesses and electrical systems design.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify best technical solution meeting design requirements with cost, quality and timing goals.
- Release drawings, BOMs and manage Engineering Change process.
- Prepare technical documentation for cost/investment assessments.
- Provide technical information for vehicle testing and field tests and for problem solving.
- Coordinate design activities with suppliers and manage outsourcing per plans.
- Support standardization for new developments in electrical materials and technology.
