Campari Group is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead the local HSE function at the Canale facility in Italy. The role reports to the Plant Director and Regional HSE Manager, driving proactive safety and environmental excellence aligned with corporate standards.

The successful candidate will manage risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and HSE programs, collaborating with operations, engineering, and quality teams to embed safety culture and continuous improvement across the site.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS role within manufacturing.
• Experience as RSPP in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Occupational Health & Safety, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• Formal HSE qualifications to perform RSPP under Italian law.

Mansioni

• Fulfil the role of RSPP according to Legislative Decree 81/08 and ensure risk assessments and training.
• Drive HSE leadership across all levels to improve safety culture.
• Ensure environmental permits, regulatory compliance and reporting obligations are met.
• Act as primary contact for regulatory authorities, auditors and insurers.
• Develop and improve HSE management systems and pursue ISO 45001/ISO 14001 certifications.
• Lead investigations of incidents, near misses and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety and prevention activities and oversee contractor safety management.
