Arethusa is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the Siziano location in achieving Environmental, Health and Safety objectives. The role focuses on ensuring plant EHS compliance and fostering safety awareness through Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in EHS within production environments, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Italian. Knowledge of Lean principles is a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Competenze

• BS Degree in a technical field, preferably EHS.
• 1-3 years of experience in EHS roles in production environments of medium complexity.
• Italian mothertongue, fluent English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of OS and QHSE-related software.
• Nice to have knowledge of Lean principles.

• Support all aspects of Siziano location goals in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
• Ensure that the plants meet all EHS requirements.
• Contribute to continuous safety awareness using BBS and liaise with external/internal functions to achieve goals.
